All products sold by Dialed In Designs are backed by a 6-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

After the 6-month warranty period, we will still work with our customers to find a solution. Depending on the product and issue, a discount of up to 40% may be offered toward a replacement product.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, replacements, or product evaluations.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of being placed. Approved cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Because many Dialed In Designs products are custom-made, designed, and manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is received, significant time and resources are often invested shortly after the order is placed. In many cases, product design work, manufacturing, and preparation have already begun before a cancellation request is submitted.

The 20% restocking fee helps offset the time, materials, and labor associated with custom production and order processing.
